Please note that sound healing (including Reiki drum technique) may not be suitable for everyone - there are some guidelines and precautions to consider for your own wellbeing. RammyMen Sound Healing

Alternate Fridays 4-5pm (not just for men!)

RammyMen offers a range of drop-in holistic sessions at The Den in Stubbins which anyone is welcome to join, including Yoga, Pilates, TaiChi / Chi Gung, Reiki, and Sound Healing. Starting on 18 July 2025, The Retune Room will be hosting fortnightly sound healing sessions on Fridays 4-5pm, for just £8 exchange. Ease into the weekend with a sound healing journey curated for deep relaxation and balance, using a wide range of therapeutic instruments. For your own comfort it is advised to wear warm, comfortable clothing, bring a blanket and pillow - yoga mats can be provided. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in.
