I’m Chrissy, a certified Sound Healing Practitioner and Reiki Master based in Bury and Haslingden, Lancashire. These practices supported me through my own healing journey, and now I offer them to others who need a moment of calm to reconnect with themselves.
About Chrissy

My approach
My work blends professional training with lived experience and intuitive, heart‑led practice. I hold space in a way that feels gentle and deeply supportive, with every session shaped around what you need in the moment.
I’m committed to offering the best possible experience for every client. My intention is always to create a calm, nurturing space where you can rest, release and return to your natural rhythm.
My path into sound and energy healing began long before I ever stepped into a training room. As a teenager navigating anxiety and periods of overwhelm, I naturally gravitated toward gentle, holistic practices – crystals, aromatherapy, acupressure – small anchors that helped me feel safe, centred and connected.
Life carried me into a rewarding yet demanding career in research and analytics, work I genuinely enjoyed. But for over two decades I lived in a rhythm that didn’t truly support my wellbeing. The constant pace and lack of rest gradually pulled me away from myself, leading to periods of stress and burnout that I could no longer ignore. Eventually, my body asked for a different way of living – one that gave me the space to slow down, reconnect and listen to what I needed.
In 2019 I attended my first sound bath, and it marked a real turning point. The experience was deeply calming and unexpectedly familiar, as though something in me finally had space to settle. Not long after, I began working with Reiki, which brought a sense of grounding, clarity and reconnection to my own energy. These practices supported my healing in ways I hadn’t found elsewhere and gradually reshaped how I approached rest, intuition and balance in my daily life.
What began as personal healing slowly became a calling to support others in finding the same sense of calm, clarity and reconnection.
