1:1 Retune Ritual (Rossendale)

A restorative one-to-one energy-healing session designed to support deep rest, emotional release, and whole‑body energetic realignment. Held on alternate Fridays in the peaceful Luna treatment room at Rossendale Physio in Haslingden, within the Rossendale Valley.

Together, we'll choose the experience that best meets your needs:

• Reiki — A full‑body hands‑on (or hands-above-body) 60-minute Reiki treatment, with subtle sound healing elements woven in to support the flow of energy.

• Sound Healing — Soothing Himalayan singing bowls played on or around the body, expansive gongs, and grounding seed chimes, followed by a 20-30 minute full-body Reiki treatment to support integration.

• Reiki Drum — A grounding fusion of Reiki and meditative rhythmic drumming for healing, reprogramming, or journey work, followed by a 20-30 minute full-body Reiki treatment to support integration.

During the session, I work intuitively to support your body’s natural healing processes, allowing the energy and sound to move where your system needs them most.

Many people find that more than one session is helpful, as healing unfolds gradually and the body often needs time to return to balance. You might begin with a short series of three sessions, spaced around two weeks apart, to allow the body to unwind and recalibrate. After this, monthly sessions can help maintain balance and support ongoing wellbeing, especially during times of stress or transition.
